  We have bought and sold houses five times in the last ten years with O'Brien, the Dugan brothers really know their stuff! We could always count on Patrick and Shaun to take care of all the details and make the experience as stress free as possible. Have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Their knowledge of Southern Maryland real estate is unmatched!

  Will never work with them again. Tried to purchase a property, talked to the listing agent, clearly stating our intent to offer (verbally and in writing). Took 3 months to request a property map, delays and procrastination , when finally provided and we said we'd like to move on the offer, turns out another offer was already accepted. We were never told or suggested to put in our offer to even compete, just got passed over. The agent sat on it, knowing we're interested, not once trying to send us paperwork or urge us to submit an offer, while taking his time on providing one piece of paper we asked for. Pretty sure this breaks few real estate Realtor rules, and it's definitely costing them a client.
